ABOUT THE JOB

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines and developing business reports/dashboards. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support business decisions across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Develop and optimize data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
• Create, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability, and timeliness.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product/Business teams to provide actionable insights.
• Continuously improve BI processes, reporting automation, and system performance.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Open to fresher with BS degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer / Data Engineer / Data Analyst with strong reporting background.
• Can use AI to support workload is plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, performance tuning).
• Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development using tools like Airflow, SSIS, DBT, or similar.
• Proficiency in at least one BI reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star schema, Snowflake schema).
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
