ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies
- Participate in schema and data modeling design sessions
- Implement clean code and adhere to coding best practices and standards
- Bench test and provide test coverage for implemented code
- Perform code reviews
- Maintain and support current implementations of on-going applications and products
- Follow required change and configuration management processes
- Research and resolve production issues utilizing critical and logical thinking
- Perform and support application deployments on lower and production environments as needed
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
General requirements
- Intermediate skill level of English
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable position
- Able to obtain deep knowledge of the project’s technologies
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Technical requirements
- Experience working experience with Python development
- Experience with object-oriented, design patterns and programming principles
- Good knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django/ Flask/FastAPI, etc.
Nice to have
- Experience in working with one of the libraries of JavaScript
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with Python data processing
- Experience with Web Services (REST, etc.).
- Experience in microservices and cloud environment (Azure/AWS/GCP)
